Large exhibition spaces (40 sqm) will be exclusively reserved to Platinum sponsors.
All other Companies will be able to rent regular booths located in the main catering area.
Two exhibition sizes will be available:
Economy size: 6 sqm exhibition space
Regular size: 12 sqm exhibition space
All delegates, accompanying persons and exhibitors are invited to join Cosmexchange Welcome Reception. This unique social event is a great opportunity for both attendees and exibitors to meet. Reception will be located within Congress premises in order to optimize interactivity.
Welcome reception will be scheduled on Thursday, 16 February 2017

COFFEE BREAKS - EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP
Companies can choose to sponsor the 2 coffee break packages scheduled during the Congress – sponsorship will be reserved to a single company.
Coffee break packages will include:
company banner displayed in coffee break area to inform attendees of the courtesy provided
company Logo in Cosmexchange Programme on official website
Each company will be able to purchase up to 20 Cyber dinner tickets to be offered to delegates while their attend exhibition booths
FREE STANDING CYBER-WORKSHOP
Companies may provide their own workshop to be uploaded on Cosmexchange website or have a special workshop recorded during the congress.
The Company will provide the requested number of lanyards to the Organizers in due time with the Company’s logo.
DELEGATE BAGS AND NOTE PADS
Will supply ecological conference bags and printing.
Delegate bags sponsorship includes:
Printing Company logo on delegate bags
Company Logo on Cosmexchange programme & official website
Company will be entitled to supply mouse-pads and pen-drives with their logo on to be included in delegate bags
REGISTRATION + ACCOMMODATION
Companies may offer Congress registrations and accommodation to selected delegates.
